Certified Medical Assistant

Fast paced busy OBGYN practice searching for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. With OBGYN experience, we are willing to train the right person. The position is for both of our office locations; Sparta NJ and Denville NJ. There are evening hours involved.

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare patients for physician examination

Take & record vitals

Record intake and medical history

Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation

Phone Triage

Monitor & stock patient exam rooms

Sets up and assist procedures, including Paps, hysteroscopies, IUD insertion, colposcopies and cleans up after procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Sparta, NJ 07871: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
