We seek a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes based on their established care plan.
We have cases in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, and West Chester.
Responsibilities:
- Provide health care services in patient’s residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor’s office or the hospital
- Assist with client’s personal care activities
- Assist patients with mobility
- Provide companionship and essential emotional or psychological support
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Certification as an HHA/PCA (Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide)
- Original Social Security Card
- Covid Vaccine Card (optional)
- Direct Deposit or Personal void Check (optional)
- 2 Professional reference letters
- Physical form (not older than 10 months)
- Rubella (Lab report with titers required)
- Rubeola (Measles) (Lab report with titers required)
- QuantiFERON (if positive, a chest x-ray photo is required)
- Drug test (with laboratory results, not older than 10 months)
- Willing to travel
