We have an exciting opportunity for Certified KFPE (Korea Fire Protection Engineer) to join our ever-expanding Korea team for a 1-year contract starting in January 2024 (or upon approval of a working visa).
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include the management and implementation of a wide variety of Fire Protection design, engineering, and consulting projects. As a member of our team, you will:
- Deliver consulting services of Jensen Hughes domestic and overseas projects.
- Take the lead role in Fire Protection facility design and engineering.

QualificationsU.S. licensed Fire Protection Engineer will be required (or have recently passed the Fire Protection Engineering examination administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). US Citizen. Bachelor's degree in engineering. Knowledge and application of the International Building Code, NFPA Codes and Standards. Experience with United Facilities Criteria is desirable but not required. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English. Cantonese or Mandarin communication is desirable but not required. Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills. Ability to present clear and technically sound Fire Protection Engineering strategies and have good communication and negotiating skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, enjoy professional challenges and desire to be an integral part of the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes.
You will require approval of a visa to work in Macau to be eligible for this position.
