SalaryDuties:
- Conduct educational sessions for patients and their families.
- Implement educational materials and resources for patients.
- Provide guidance and support to patients in managing their health conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient education.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience in patient education or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Diabetes management and different related devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
