Responsibilities:
We are looking to bring onboard a part-time Program Administrator to support our Certification Event Manager. You must be highly detailed, accurate, and able to manage multiple events and projects at once.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting Up Events in ClickUp
- Create events in ClickUp
- Update events in ClickUp, assign tasks, and assign dates
- Setting Up Event folders in OneDrive
- Create event folders
- Copy over template forms
- Managing communications about events
- Confirming contractors
- Confirming participants rosters
- Sending reminder emails
- Collaborating with Learning & Performance team
- Work with L&P team to ensure our online Learning Experience Platform (LxP) is set up properly for each event and participants have accessed the community
- Ordering program materials
- Tracking program materials
- Following established processes for events
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
- Process online program registrations, and coordinate invoicing and payments
The position may involve periods of heavy travel to either programs or to events to represent Kirkpatrick.

Knowledge and Skills Required by the Position
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in project management, and ability to manage multiple events and tasks at once
- Experience with OneDrive and ClickUp a bonus
- Experience in event logistics, bonus for training programs, and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in spirit
- Looking for growth
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or minimum 5 years work experience in a related field/position
Compensation:
This is a part-time hourly position with the opportunity to become a full-time salaried W2 employee with benefits.
$20-25/hour
