Job Duties:
- Maintain the organizational structure of the Central Supply Room
- Inventory Clean Utility Supply Rooms
- Provide supplies on a regular basis to the Clean Utility Rooms in accordance with the established par levels set by the Purchaser
- Breakdown all incoming supply orders and restock Central Supply room
- Deliver supplies as requested by staff
- Notify Purchaser of any supply requests the facility is unable to fulfill
- Notify Purchaser of usage “Out of the normal use of operations”
- Report low stock to Purchaser
- Deliver DME as requested by clinical or other administrative staff to rooms or identified resident
- Assist in timely delivery of DME to new admission rooms
- Ensure all new admissions receive appropriate equipment and supply based off the individual’s clinical needs
- Frequently collect DME on all units that are not issued to a resident to then store in a central location for further recirculation
- Assist/Support the Purchaser and/or Administrator in any other procurement, supply, or equipment needs.
- Place supply orders through facility procurement system on a regular basis ensuring the facility receives proper supply
- Input special order requests through procurement system
