- Based in New Iberia, LA, or Pearland, TX, overseeing central field-based logistics functions and Canadian logistics activities
- Responsible for overseeing the Fuel Center, Rehire Team, and Freight support team, with primary responsibility for fleet reservation and management in Canada
- Coordinate all activities related to managing logistics, freight, fuel, and rehire recovery, ensuring excellent customer service and on-time delivery
- Lead and support regional logistics teams, collaborate with Sales and Operations leaders to fulfill strategies, and achieve shared KPIs, and manage day-to-day logistical issues
- Monitor productivity, ensure adherence to logistics processes and systems, and maintain safety compliance and company policies.
- Participate in setting fleet strategy, oversee fleet tracking and deployment, and ensure adherence to pricing agreements with freight vendors across North America.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent years of experience
- 7-10 years of leadership experience preferred
- Successful experience in financial management against measurable performance standards, leading/managing a Logistics Team preferred
- Proven conceptual understanding of the logistical fundamentals of the core Aggreko activities including Electrical, Diesel and Temperature control equipment.
