SalarySynergen is seeking a mid-level provider for the role of a Center Director in San Antonio, Texas at our Sonterra location.
The role of Center Director entails direct patient interaction, treatment of patients through defined, established, and peer-reviewed protocol, along with full evaluation of the root cause of this condition. This role also involves supervisory oversight of three-five center employees, administrative duties and being direct supervisor of the clinic as well as monitoring the lab for accurate calibrations and controls.
Overview
SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare are providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. Currently are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.
Center Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of weight control, low libido and other co-occurring deficiencies as related to Hormonal imbalances), and aesthetic services (some locations).

Requirements:
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse, or equivalent
- DEA Registration current
- Prior management or supervisory experience HIGHLY Preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years practice experience with supervisory experience of support staff
Clinical Hours:
- M 8-5
- T 8-7
- W 8-1
- Th 7-5
- F 8-5
- 1-2 Saturday a month 8a-12p (Extra Pay of $400 per Saturday Shift worked in addition to guaranteed base salary.)
Training:
2 full weeks. If Travel is needed, Travel is compensated for including hotel, meal reimbursement and Training is paid as well.
