Responsibilities
•Cleaning and sanitizing Unitanks, Brite tanks, and Cider vessels•Fermentation monitoring - measuring/tracking of gravities, temperatures, and pressures
•Conditioning monitoring - ensuring appropriate clarity and measuring/tracking of carbonation levels
•Setup, execution, and tracking of Transfers between tanks
•Sensory Evaluation of cider in all stages of fermentation and conditioning
•Dry hopping and additions of fruit and other adjuncts to Fermentation Vessels
•Cleaning and Sanitization of Ciderhouse, Can Line and Cellar Parts
•Cleaning and Sanitization of Kegs
•Operate, maintain, clean, and sanitize Canning Line
•Kegging Brite Cider
•General cleaning and upkeep of CIderhouse, Fermentation, Lab, and Dry Storage
•Must be able to lift 165 lbs
•Facility equipment/machinery troubleshooting and maintenance
•Reports: Directly to Head of Operations
•Shifts from 8-5Benefits
•Overtime available•
Shift Range: Monday - Friday
•Benefits: PTO•Pay: Hourly; Biweekly
•Overtime = 1.5x / hourly
