Responsibilities:
- Promoting Lifeline Program benefits.
- Enroll eligible individuals that have EBT, SSI, Medicaid, and other qualifying criteria for phones and other products .
- Provide detailed information on program features, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- Build rapport with customers, address inquiries, and guide them through the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments.
- Must be able to work outside , door to door and inside set ups
Qualifications:
- to effectively communicate program details to diverse audiences.
- Driven, outgoing, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate a dynamic schedule.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using sales software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
