Cell Phone Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Promoting Lifeline Program benefits.
• Enroll eligible individuals that have EBT, SSI, Medicaid, and other qualifying criteria for phones and other products .
• Provide detailed information on program features, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
• Build rapport with customers, address inquiries, and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments.
• Must be able to work outside , door to door and inside set ups

Qualifications:

• to effectively communicate program details to diverse audiences.
• Driven, outgoing, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate a dynamic schedule.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using sales software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
