We arelooking for a CEI Inspectortoadd toour team.Join our highway team and work alongside our technical experts to provide contributions to the development of new techniques and standards. Help our team grow by mentoring the early, intermediate, and associate professionals while assisting resident engineers and project managers in completion of inspection work in accordance with projects and client specifications.

• At least 2 years' experience in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection, specific experience in roadway paving is desired. 
• High School diploma
• Must have two of the following certifications and must be able to complete the other required certifications within 1 year:
  • CTQP Final Estimates Level I
  • CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
  • CTQP Asphalt Paving Level I
  • CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I
  • FDOT Intermediate MOT
  • Nuclear Radiation Safety
  • Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors
• Proficient in MS Office Suites and MS Project 
• Ability to travel 
• Valid State's driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check

Essential Functions: 
Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 50 lbs. in the form of materials, supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried of 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same.  Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be occasional travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, will work near hazardous equipment and machinery, walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
