Position:CEA Farm Technician

Responsibilities:

The CEA Farm Technicians main job responsibility is the completion of the daily tasks required for the successful daily operations of the farm.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• All tasks associated with daily farm operationsSow/Germination
• Transplanting
• Harvesting
• General Farm/Plant Maintenance
• Farm Room and Farm Equipment Cleaning
• General Farm/Plant Maintenance
• Farm Room and Farm Equipment Cleaning
• Produce Handling
• Merchandising
• Common area cleaning: bathrooms, breakroom, loading area, etc.

• Positive attitude and team oriented
• Previous experience not required, but a degree in Horticulture is beneficial. We believe in training.
• A desire to deliver quality
• A desire to learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.29 - $20.29 per hour
