CDL Class B Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Busy Courier Service in Fairfield, NJ seeking CDL class B drivers to make daily route deliveries in the tri state and surrounding areas. 5:30am start time. Must be CDL certified, have a clean driving record as well as current DOT medical card. Willingness to travel regularly and drive long distances. Overtime may be required on occasion. Salary negotiable based upon experience. The ideal candidate makes safety a number one priority.

Responsibilities

• 5:30am start time
• Deliver, load and unload materials
• Adhere to delivery schedules
• Maintain detailed manifests and POD
• Daily vehicle inspections
• Comply with all company policies and driving laws

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), Class B
• Familiarity with GPS systems
• Understanding of all relevant truck driving laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Safe driving record who meets insurance criteria
