SalaryMarkham Landscape Products Inc. A Growing Charlotte area landscape materials company is seeking a professional CDL class A flatbed with Moffett truck driver.
Position Overview:
As an integral part of the MLP team, CDL Drivers operate an MLP vehicle to deliver landscape materials and products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for ensuring loaded orders are accurate and properly secured. Drivers will be working with teammates to ensure that we always provide the highest level of customer service.
What you will do:
- Operate a company vehicle in accordance with regulations
- Perform daily truck inspections and record keeping
- Assist with loading customer orders unto your assigned company truck
- Verify the accuracy of the orders as loaded
- Strapping and securing loads according to state regulations.
- Delivering materials to customer jobsites and unloading at the direction of the customer.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
Skills we are looking for:
- Valid Class A drivers license with clean driving record
- Experience with Moffett
- Ability to drive manual transmission as well as automatic
- Ability to perform physical requirements such as bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head on a daily basis
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
