JOB REQUIREMENTS

• CDL-A LICENSE: You must possess a valid CDL-A license, enabling you to drive with confidence.
• OTR EXPERIENCE: Have a minimum of 2 years over-the-road experience, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
• REEFER EXPERIENCE: Ideally, you have at least 6 months of reefer experience or a comparable background.
• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD: A spotless driving record with no accidents is essential to ensure safety and maintain our high standards.
• PROFESSIONALISM & RESPONSIBILITY: We value drivers who are reliable, responsible, and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Bonus Breakdown:

• Meet Monthly Quota of 10k miles/monthly
• Check in and out of shippers as asked to do so by company.
• Maintain good Driver/Dispatcher communication.

• Obey Hours Of Service(HOS).
• Drivers Receive $1,000 after first week and $300 per monthfor 25 months
