CBD Flower Packaging Specialists at Hemp Living are experts at assisting supervisors and monitoring production schedules. They are adept at loading and unloading materials from machines, producing in-house products, and packaging CBD and related products for retail or wholesale purposes. These skilled workers contribute to the quality control process and troubleshoot technical problems related to all activities on the floor. In the event of a breakdown, they report it promptly to higher authorities, such as production managers and operations directors.

CBD Flower Packaging Specialists usually perform many of the following tasks:

• Trimming, packaging, and labeling flower and pre-rolls while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.s).
• To ensure the quality of the product, good agricultural practices (G.A.P.s) and compliance with all State Guidelines are necessary.
• Cleanliness and proper upkeep of the work environment are crucial and should be maintained daily.
• Routine maintenance and cleaning procedures must be followed to keep a tidy and healthy workspace.
• Waste management procedures must be accounted for.
• Other duties may be assigned as required, and the ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision is essential.
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending frequently for at least 8-hour shifts is expected.
• The employment schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, five days a week, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime is available, and occasionally, scheduled overtime may be necessary.

The probationary period is 90 days after the first full day worked. All raises, promotions, or bonuses would be given after that 90 days.

Benefits are up for discussion after the probationary period. Must have a reliable way to get to work on time. A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is mandatory. College Preferred.

Bonus Skills: forklift certification, retail experience, sales experience, managerial experience, fluency in other than English (Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, etc.), college degree, armed forces veteran.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
