Position Overview
Develop and Implement Cause Marketing Strategies: Assist in the development and execution of Cause Marketing strategies and donor campaigns to promote Kids In Need Foundation's mission and programs. This includes creating campaigns that align with regulatory standards and effectively communicate the organization's objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all Cause Marketing initiatives comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices in Cause Marketing to protect the organization's reputation and integrity.
- Experience in Cause Marketing Regulations: Leverage expertise in the roles and regulations surrounding Cause Marketing language to craft clear, compliant, and impactful messaging. Provide guidance and support to team members on regulatory issues and ensure all marketing materials meet legal standards.
- Partnership Management: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporations, brands, and other organizations to drive acquisition, awareness, engagement, and support for Kids In Need Foundation's initiatives.
- Help to execute the planning, and evaluation of integrated marketing donor and KINF campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional marketing channels.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing materials and communications platforms.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling content, including storytelling, videos, and infographics, that effectively communicate the impact of Kids In Need Foundation's programs and initiatives.
- Donor Engagement: Assist in strategies to engage and steward donors, corporate partners, and supporters through targeted marketing campaigns and communication efforts.
- Generate innovative strategies and insights to optimize events and Cause Marketing collaborations with donors, aiming for increased margins and impact.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Brand and Awareness and VP of Development to support engagement efforts and ensure the successful execution of events, initiatives, and Cause Marketing campaigns.
- Metrics and Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance and drive results. This will include working to provide donors with impact numbers, showcasing photos of their contributions through the use of videos, and photos, and developing case studies around the benefits of the partnership.
Qualifications/ Education:
- 3 to 5 years of a proven track record in developing and implementing successful Cause Marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate the organization's mission and impact to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker who has a tenacious self driven mindset while being creative and believes in the power behind the mission of making a difference in the lives of children and educators.
- Maintain budgets for events and Cause Marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities necessary to advance the organization's mission effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns, events, and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams with integrity and professionalism while fostering close relationships with internal and external teams to produce events and execute campaigns.

- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Some travel is required, particularly August-September; some nights and weekends may be required
