Essential Functions:
- Assists with meal preparations according to established prep method and/or recipes.
- Assists with production of Grab & Go meals and preparation of catering services.
- Prepares and delivers prepared food items and/or catering items around campus locations.
- Unloads and stores incoming product.
- Washes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment as necessary.
- Stocks display and sales area.
- Performs grilling, cooking and cold food preparation.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a culinary school, preferred.
- Previous restaurant experience, preferred.
Special Requirements/Certification:
- ServSafe Food Handler Certificate.
- Valid California’s driver’s license required.
- Reliable personal transportation with at least the state minimum insurance coverage; use of personal vehicle is required for essential functions.
Pay Range: $17.00-18.00/hr
