About the job
The Catering Sales Manager at BIBIBOP ASIAN GRILL will be responsible for driving the success of our catering operations by achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our Catering Sales, including prospecting, client acquisition, and account management. Working closely with the Regional Catering Manager, District Manager, General Manager, and the rest of the management team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our catering business while maintaining the highest level of service and quality.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive catering revenue and achieve sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new catering opportunities, including corporate accounts, events, and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Account Management
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing catering clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to provide tailored catering solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address any concerns, gather feedback, and maintain strong rapport.
Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute catering-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Represent BIBIBOP ASIAN GRILL at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Leadership and Training
- Train and motivate the operation team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet catering standard.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of catering orders.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to assess progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Provide recommendations to management on pricing, promotions, and menu offerings based on market insights and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Catering Sales Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client demands.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
