Job Responsibilities
- Lead & build teams.
- Manage Sales Processes:
- Manage excellent client relationships.
- Facilitate proactive selling strategy.
- Propose custom events.
- Follow up proposals.
- Book events.
- Mange Event Preparation:
- Communicate with clients to provide a world class planning experience.
- Collaborate with commissary production manager to order and prepare food items in advance.
- Prepare food, equipment & a team for events.
- Schedule catering team for event prep.
- Manage Event Execution:
- Schedule catering team for event execution.
- Cook & prepare menu items to brand standard.
- Transport
- Manage time wisely to maintain a consistent and productive pace.
- Incorporate elements of hospitality into the guest experience.
- Follow proper procedures for safe use of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean facility, vehicles, and equipment with excellence.
- Manage LEAN inventory system.

- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Capable of twisting, bending, reaching.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
