Seeking an experienced Catering Manager with a background in managing the operations of events large and small. This role will encompasses Business Development, Operations and Guest Relations. You will be part of an amazing team ensuring the coordination of a seamless process resulting in beautiful presentations of food and displays prioritizing guest experience and satisfaction.
Corporate Dining experience ideally with a background in business lunches and breakfasts. Must be able to manage team ranging from 5 to 50 employees depending on the size of the event.
Responsibilities:
Supervising the Catering Staff in Prep, Assembly and Setup of functions
Sales and Business Development
Operations
Guest experience and satisfaction
