Summary of Position:
Provide friendly, professional, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all event guests.
Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Maintains a Guest First focus while performing all duties
- Answer any questions about our food, and beverages.
- Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Deliver food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide water refills
- Pre-bus tables between each course.
- Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Notify catering lead any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members in any way possible as situations arise.
- Rolling and Polishing silverware
- Event set up and tare down
- Some Event Staff will be required to drive a company vehicle
