We are seeking talented and detail oriented Event Coordinators to be a part of the Creative Cuisine Catering team. Our coordinating team works directly with our sales team to execute the event the client has detailed. You will have an opportunity to be creative and help execute amazing events.

Events Coordinator Overview:
Uphold company policies
Creative Cuisine point of contact between the client and the sales team
Attending planning meetings with clients and facility coordinators
On-site pre event team meetings at each event with staff to discuss shift duties, menus, timelines and event details
Strive for impeccable event and service execution
On-site supervision of all staff
Troubleshoot issues that may arise during an event
Detailing and timeline building with the Sales Manager
Attending weekly BEO meeting and sending out staff notes and chef notes
Creating pull sheets, timelines and special requests and coordinating with appropriate departments
Creating Floor Plans, Pull Sheets and Timelines for events
Coordinating booked events
Follow proper timelines, policies and procedures and clock in and out all hourly associates on events
Staff Management and making sure event staff upholds company policies
Working closely with the sales team, beverage manager, operations manager and director of special events
Following through on operating processes for facilities we are hosting events in
Coordinators Close down events and should manage the loading and packing of our trucks to ensure everything is loaded properly
Leave venues as we find them and follow cleaning guidelines of each venue

Attending bridal shows and industry networking events

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
