Catering Coordinator

As one of the leading caterers in our area, we strive to exceed our guest expectations in terms of quality of food and services. We have created a new role in our stores to help us maintain our tradition of excellence.

Job Summary:

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for the execution of catering at the store level; to include but not limited to the following.

• Making sure food is prepared on time while upholding our high-quality standards.
• Ensure that every order has all the proper serving utensils.
• Work with store management to ensure correct amounts of food and supplies are available to support catering needs.
• Taking and entering orders as needed or directed.
• Deliver & set up catering as needed or directed.
• Following up on orders to assure Guest had a great experience.
• Responsible to help grow catering sales.
• Assist with store operations as needed or directed.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation, delivering orders will be required.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Background check.
• Exhibit positive verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Possess good time management and organization.
• Ability to be able to work with a schedule that changes and is updated daily.
• Has an expectation of excellence.
• Shows integrity to do the right thing when unsupervised.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
