As a Category Management Intern, you will analyze industry and consumer trends and oversee pricing, promotion, and product range management to maximize sales and profitability. You can expect to...
- Work along side Category and Associate Category Managers to help perform routine daily/weekly tasks required by the Category Team.
- Attend, and participate in, both virtual and in-person Supplier Meetings as necessary.
- Go between cross functional departments, on behalf of the Category Team, to solicit, collect, and collate responses in regards to upcoming Trade Show. (NAPA EXPO 2025)
- Request, collect, and collate any supplier responses and collateral that will either be due, or past-due, in regards to upcoming Trade Show. (NAPA EXPO 2025)
- Attend, and participate in, both virtual and in-person Cross Functional Meetings, as necessary, in regards to upcoming Trade How. (NAPA EXPO 2025)
What you'll need:
- Pursing a bachelor's in automotive service, management, or product management.
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket, parts, or service industry
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Project Management Software: ClickUp, Microsoft Project
- Ability to present ideas creatively via PowerPoint
- Interested in the automotive industry
