If you are interested in the Catalog Support Administrator position you will:

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up new part numbers as directed by Catalog Manager
• Set up, input and maintain all floorplans
• Track all new/existing parts for prints, pictures and hyperlinks needed
• Provide Catalog Support as directed by Catalog Manager
• Attain pictures of parts and part usage at the plant
• Track all PCN/BOM/MRP changes
• Perpetually input data from PCN/BOM/MRPs into catalog

Secondary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Input parts of parts into appropriate catalogs
• Validation that parts being entered are being used for product shown
• Assist with plant inventory

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excel
• NetSuite is a plus
• Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat DC

Experience Required:

• Data input
• Photo software
• Prior experience is a plus

Work Environment:

• Office environment
• Must be organized, detailed oriented, and a self-starter
• Business casual
• Work well with others
• Interaction with Plant Managers and other department
