Casino Host

Job Description:

• Greet guests as they enter the casino and assist with any questions or concerns they may have.

• 
  Provide information about casino games, rules, and promotions to guests.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

• Assist guests with opening and managing their casino accounts.

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

• Promote special events and promotions to guests and encourage participation.

• Monitor and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.

• Handle cash and chips accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in organizing and executing casino tournaments and events.

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP players and provide personalized service.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

• Maintain a clean and organized casino floor.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Casino Host or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of casino games and regulations.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player.

• Must be able to obtain any required licenses or certifications.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
