SalarySmoke & Beer is currently hiring! We are looking for the ideal candidate who is a fast learner, cheerful, reliable, and energetic. If you join our team, you should have knowledge of glass, vape, kratom, and CBD products.
Strong customer service and sales skills are essential along with working knowledge of vape products is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Answer phone calls and provide information to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues; "Team Player"
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Proficiency in operating a cash register
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
- Ability to sell products or services to customers
