Salary**Server** **Duties:** - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Assist with opening and closing duties as needed **Skills:** - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience - Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials - Ability to handle food safely, including proper handling of utensils, plates, and glasses - Cash handling skills for processing payments accurately - Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Culinary knowledge to answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations - Experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
