Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Cash handling and processing payments using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
- Assist with coordinating seating arrangements for large parties or special events
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests based on business needs.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
