Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant/hotel
- Provide excellent guest relations and customer service
- Manage guest seating and reservations
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, specifically Aloha POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station
- Assist with various tasks to support the restaurant/hotel staff
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in operating a POS system, specifically Aloha POS, is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus
