Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Promote and upsell products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of technical sales, electronics sales, or jewelry sales is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong time management skills.
