We also want out employees to always show off their outstanding customer service skills to help our customers have a great experience when shopping or donating at Repeat Boutique Thrift Stores, a ministry funding Options Now, a Life Choice Clinic.

Candidate will: greet customers enthusiastically; accurately process sales transactions on a POS system; reconcile and close out cash drawers, resolving any discrepancies; assist customers as needed; straighten, clean and restock the sales floor throughout the day; arrange and organize merchandise and help set appealing displays to encourage sales; help process and/or price donations, and/or shift to other areas as needed to help ensure efficiency and overall performance of store/ministry.

Attention to detail, teamwork, positive attitude, integrity and a willingness to listen and learn ARE A MUST. Cashier and/or retail or thrift experience preferred, but will train the right candidate!

Our stores are open Monday-Saturday, 10am - 6pm. FULL AND PART TIME EMPLOYEES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY, but will have an alternate day off during the week. If applying for a part time position, afternoon availability preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.50 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
