Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
Skills:
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services to increase sales revenue.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked checkout area.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment is a plus.
- Experience in electronics sales is preferred but not required.
