Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Perform product demos to showcase features and benefits.
- Assist customers with product selection and offer upselling opportunities.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with wireless sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating discounts.
