Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote and upsell products or services, such as electronics, technical items, or jewelry, based on customer needs and preferences
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area and handle cash transactions accurately
- Previous experience in electronics sales, technical sales, or jewelry sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
