- Prior employment with customer service focus an asset
- Place orders for customer by taking orders over the phone as well as for front counter in store customers
- Provides an exceptional customer experience, friendly, and courteous service.
- Registers orders on a point-of-sale system, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases.
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
- Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
- Provides pricing information by answering questions.
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment, adhere to Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task as needed.
- Work Quickly and Efficiently under pressure
- Clean and professional appearance for open kitchen concept
- Hard-working, service-minded individuals who are professional and highly organized.
- Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
