Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless, electronics, jewelry, or technical sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable using technology such as cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
