Team Member Responsibilities:
Share your smile with customers and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
Engage with guests enthusiastically and make emotional connections to enhance their dining experience
Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures.
Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures as described in the STARS materials and as shown on the station job helpers.
Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Colleague Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff, and by government agencies.
Uphold and promote the vision and values of Little Caesars, embodying abundance in every interaction
Demonstrate adaptability, dependability, and teamwork while multitasking efficiently
Communicate effectively with both customers and fellow team members
Adhere to our company's standards and dress code with pride
Embrace other duties as assigned with a can-do attitude
Follows Little Caesars’ policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Demonstrated consistency and reliability in previous roles
A cheerful and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for serving and helping others
Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask effectively
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
