Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitor portion control and minimize waste
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs
Skills:
- Proven experience in meal preparation
- Strong knowledge of food service practices and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary skills, including knife handling and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Spanish speaking is highly recommended

- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
