Our Cashier / Customer Service Associate position is the heartbeat of our front end operation. You play a major role in the total overall experience of our customers visit. You are the first and next to last associate our customers interact with. It’s extremely important to smile, greet, assist, and thank each and every one. We are looking for friendly faces to run registers, answer phones, schedule deliveries, help set displays, stock shelves, general janitorial, water inside plants, keep areas clean and clutter free.

Fast paced at certain times of the year, during spring, on weekends, and during the holiday seasons. There are times when you have to juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, answering phones and maintaining a clean area—you get the idea! We have fun and our cashiers find it rewarding, especially since they’re a part of a team with a common goal: happy, satisfied customers.

You will sweep us off our feet if:

· Willing to take control of the front cashier area, making sure it runs smoothly and efficiently.

· Willing to problem solve by precisely, and effectively solving an issue should it occur.

· Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and reach on a regular basis

· Able to work in an outdoor environment and getting your hands dirty.

· Able to follow instructions and execute accurately

· Opening / closing duties

·· Stay calm in an emergency

• Merchandising: 5 years (Preferred)
• SALES - upselling: 5 years (Preferred)
