Position: Counter Service Restaurant Team Member

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Responsibilities: As a Counter Service Restaurant Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a welcoming smile and friendly attitude.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and dietary preferences.
• Suggesting menu items and upselling specials.
• Processing transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Preparing and assembling orders with attention to detail and presentation.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Keeping the counter and dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Handling customer concerns and resolving complaints professionally.
• Assisting in opening and closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and giving correct change.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
