We are looking for an energetic and organized individual with excellent communication skills to join the fastest growing dealership in the Pensacola area. This is a full-time position that will require you to work 40 - 44 hours per week. We offer paid vacations and a full array of company benefits. Job duties include but are not limited to;
Answering the telephone and transferring calls.
Posting Parts Invoices, Repair Order and Posting New Vehicle Invoices. Collecting and posting payment for parts invoices repair orders, down payment on vehicles, as well as working schedules. Light filing
Working with teammates to ensure customers satisfaction.
To be successful in this position you must have 1 year clerical experience in the industry. The ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment are a must. Computer skills are required however training will be available. Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $29,000.00 per year
