Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technical sales is a plus.
