We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-timeCash Office Clerk to join our accounting team!

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Record cash deposits and transfers
• Reconcile cash to bank statements
• Mark bills paid as needed
• Provide and maintain friendly, professional customer service to all individuals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bank account reconciliation experience required
• Data entry experience required
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and interface well with management, coworkers and customers
