Duties:
- Educate client on our process and communicate expectations.
- Act as the main contact for all parties involved in the case.
- Ensure client is compliant with protocol and report any challenges or errors to appropriate party.
- Consistent follow up with all professionals to ensure efficient progress through each cycle.
- Prepare required documents for contract for the representing attorneys and maintain consistent communication until contracts are executed.
- Work in tandem with other departments throughout the journey to provide the necessary information to clients.
- Update and maintain critical cycle information in database management system.
- Act as a point of contact and provide exceptional support to our clients. Includes some availability after hours - when needed.
- Book medical appointments.
- Book travel when needed.
- Request testimonials from clients when the case is complete.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical attention to detail, organization, and deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar software.
- Self-starter who works well within a team and independently
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Relationship Management, Case Management or Patient Services Coordination – 2 plus years– preferred
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
