Nestle is hiring machine operators specifically the Caser/mondini(cheese/topping dispenser).  The shifts are 10 hr rotating shifts.

Caser

Operates machine and printer functions.                                                                  
Completes proper set-up, product change and paperwork procedures and demonstrates these procedures to operators in training.
Hand palletizes product in the event of palletizer downtime.
Identifies potential problems in order to minimize efficiency loss and scrap. Clears jams properly.
Monitors variances by performing necessary functions in the Waste Compass and taking appropriate action when variances are negative.
Records productivity, cost, quality, and safety information on shift handoff boards daily. Conducts shift handoff meetings daily to review KPIs and results of the previous shift.
Models the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.                            

Mondini

Ensures the conveyor and Raque or mondini are lined up correctly in order to avoid waste.  Monitors catch pans and empties them when necessary.
Prevents ingredients from becoming packed in machine in order to avoid downtime.  Clears any jams that occur.
Loads the raque or mondini with cheese or topping throughout shift.
Calculates product yield every hour.
Communicates well with all team members and departments (other operators, supervisors, maintenance, QA, etc.) 
Follows all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment.    

Heavy lifting
Basic computer data entry required
Willing to work overtime as needed
High School Diploma/GED preferred
