Case Screening Technician

Information Discovery Services has an opening for a Case Screening Technician. This position is committed to National Security. The primary role is review of sensitive data and materials ensuring guidelines are met. All positions will have training in the Boyers, PA facility and potentially offer a hybrid remote or work from home.

THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION WITH SOME WORK FROM HOME AND SOME WORK AT THE IRON MOUNTAIN MINE IN BOYERS, PA

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a point of contact via phone or computer system for the field investigators and customers.
• Conduct database searches.
• Review various types of records to ensure compliance and schedule necessary actions based on guidelines.
• Work independently while following provided guidelines and instructions.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and team members.

Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Past experience on a federal contract that included employment background investigations is preferred.

These positions work on a federal contract.
