About the Role
Case Order Selectors (whole-case pickers) for our 2nd Shift Operation are the core of our operations team, ensuring the vital work of getting products from our warehouse to our customers occurs every day. This role involves using a wrist-scanner to guide you to the required product, collecting the required quantity, stacking it on pallets in an orderly fashion, and then moving the pallets with the aid of a motorized pallet jack to the loading dock line-up and correctly lining up the pallets in the order given by the loading dock supervisor. These loads ship the next morning starting at 3am, so accuracy and energy are important personal qualities to bring to this role. Our current team is friendly and works well together - the ideal candidate works well with others and enjoys a cooperative team-driven environment.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible, with both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
Full-Time examples:
•Sunday - Thursday starting at 11:00 A.M. and works until the job is finished. The opportunity for overtime exists.
•Mon-Thurs 9:30am-7:30pm
Part-Time examples:
•Sun-Mon 11am-9pm
•Tues-Weds 11am-9pm

Responsibilities
•Competency with a wrist-scanner
•Pick all full case products / pallets of product for each customer daily with zero quantity or quality inaccuracies.
•Safely transport product throughout the facility on a pallet jack with special regard to pedestrians and other drivers.
•Stack products on pallet neatly to reduce damages and ensure safety of all team members.
•With accuracy and speed, ensure the orders are filled and brought to the loading dock in the correct order to reduce harmful downtime.
•Follow all warehouse safety rules as directed by policy & Safety Team.

Requirements
•High school diploma or G.E.D.
•At least 18 years old
•Walk / stand for 8 or more hours daily
•Must be able to operate pallet jack / warehouse equipment
•Must be able to lift 55lb +
•Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl to reach freight
•Must be able to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
•Must be able to work as a team
