Center for Career Transformation (CCT): Founded in 2016, CCT is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting legal permanent residents on their journey to U.S. citizenship through Naturalization. Our focus extends to providing essential resources and citizenship education.
CCT is also committed to aiding recently arrived immigrants from Afghanistan in pursuing their career aspirations in the United States through the Refugee Career Pathways Program. This program encompasses personalized career counseling, cultural orientation, skill and knowledge development, and vocational training opportunities.

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, 12 PM to 9 PM (negotiable). Availability is required for remote support of morning classes at 9 AM, Monday through Friday.
Objective
The Case Manager/Substitute Instructor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient implementation of the grant program, which includes:
- Engaging in outreach to clients and partners and promoting program services.
- Managing multiple aspects, including orientation, schedules, pre-test and post-test assessments, instruction and performance evaluations, and upholding quality assurance and control. This involves coordinating documentation, files, reports, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining regular communication with the contract partner and providing quarterly reports to inform them of program progress.
- Taking on the responsibility of supervising and managing civics classes to maintain a high standard of instruction.
- Being prepared to step in as a substitute for current instructors when necessary, ensuring continuity in program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills, including planning, scheduling, quality assurance/control, decision-making, problem-solving, meeting coordination, and project management.
- Background in adult instruction, both in a classroom and online setting. Experience with programs utilizing textbooks and structured curriculum.
- Curriculum development experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An awareness of and familiarity with a variety of cultures.
